Fantastic experience with Pyramid Glass - wish I could give more stars!!! We recently completed a total overhaul of our large, lower level guest bathroom. We reached out to a number of companies to compare quotes. To my surprise, several companies refused to come by to take a look at the project, and instead, provided ballpark quotes based on my measurements. I didn't feel comfortable signing an e-service contract based on my own measurements and without meeting the service providers. I simply discarded any company that refused to come by. Aside from these providers, I received quotes from 4 companies that physically visited and measured the shower area. Of all, I was most impressed with Pyramid Glass. Amir was extremely responsive and came by the house on the very same day after completing another installation. He was very respectful and professional, and took the time to show me examples of the different types of glass, handles, and finishes available, which allowed me to clearly visualize the finished product. That same evening, Amir sent a quote which came well under that of competitors and a week thereafter, the custom glass enclosure was installed! We are delighted with the quality of the finished project which surpassed our expectations. The bathroom is gorgeous! Do yourself a favor and reach out to Amir and Pyramid Glass.
